These pens are refillable so please make sure the pen does contain ink.
Drag the pen towards yourself across a paper tissue.
This is a paper hankie that I am currently using and as you can see it is in constant use.
If that doesn't work, try giving the pen a sharp tap (with the cap on) on a hard surface. 9 times out of 10 this will do the trick.
If this is unsuccessful you will have to take the pen apart and clean it. I use "Higgins Pen Cleaner" which removes dried india ink and is made in the USA by Sanford.

Tips: Try not to draw over ink that is not quite dry, congealed ink seems to push back up the tube.
Pop the the cap back on each time you stop drawing - this ink dries fast.
If you are not going to use your pens for a few months it is best to clean them but leave them empty.
